The Coach House in Richmond North Yorkshire is celebrating its 3 AA Rosette recognition with the launch of a tasting menu.
The restaurant, situated on the Middleton Lodge Estate, opened in October 2014 with the most recent win of the 3 AA Rosettes being awarded this September.
The kitchen is run by head chef Gareth Rayner, with AA Hospitality recently saying that the menu ‘has achieved standards that demand recognition well beyond the local area’.
Now Rayner will launch the tasting menu, concentrating on home grown ingredients from around the estate with each course focused around the Yorkshire seasons.
Rayner: “This is the ideal time to launch our Tasting Menu; we are just seeing the final touches made to the Kitchen Garden, providing us with an amazing source of fresh fruit, vegetables and herbs right on our doorstep. We now have the chance to curate something really special and memorable for our guests to the restaurant.”
