Boutique Hotelier is delighted to announce that Notes will be the Official Coffee Partner of the Boutique Hotelier Awards 2022.

The company is proud to support the awards, which will celebrate excellence and innovation across the UK hotel industry.

Ali Anderson, Sales Manager at Notes Coffee, said: “With specialty coffee continuing to drive growth in the UK coffee sector, this category provides a huge opportunity for boutique hoteliers to add margin and increase revenues. The key for hotels is to bring the quality of their coffee offer in line with their high food and service standards. And that’s where Notes is perfectly placed to support, with a premium end-to-end solution encompassing quality coffee, training and accessories.

“We’re delighted to be partnering with the Boutique Hotelier Awards this year, giving us the chance to showcase our offer to the hotel sector but also to listen and learn from operators as we help drive awareness of the opportunities that specialty coffee can deliver.

“Research by Allegra Strategies shows that the specialty coffee segment (coffees that score 80 or above on a 100 point scale) is expected to grow 13% year-on-year, outperforming the 10% growth predicted for the UK coffee market as a whole. Specialty now accounts for around 15% of all coffee served out-of-home2, according to CBI.

“With this in mind, we’re raising the bar for wholesale coffee, combining the highest standards of quality and sustainability with a real passion for product to deliver a complete coffee proposition for hotels. And we’re excited at the chance to engage with brand owners and operators throughout the awards programme.

“Peoples’ tastes are more discerning than ever before and if the quality of the whole coffee offer isn’t good enough, they will remember it. With Notes, our customers can have confidence in the quality, ethics and sustainability of the coffee – backed by training opportunities to make sure their staff have the information and skills they need to serve it with excellence.”
