Complete Hotels Ltd has brought to market The Queens Head Inn near Peterborough for a guide price of £1.35m.
The hotel group has put the Grade-II listed inn and restaurant up for sale, offering a ‘rare opportunity’ to acquire the freehold interest in a popular business, which is set across a 1.02 acre site.
The Queens Head Inns comprises 10 bedrooms, a AA Rosette restaurant, plus a function suite and terrace and four-bedroom owner’s accommodation that could be converted into additional letting rooms.
Tom Cunningham, licensed leisure director at Savills, comments: “The Queens Head presents a rare opportunity to acquire the freehold interest in a well-established and popular country inn. With its picturesque location and backdrop, along with high quality amenities, we are expecting strong interest in this site.”
