Corinthia London has appointed two new key senior members of the team within the hotel’s food and beverage department.
Benjamin Hofer joins Corinthia as director of food & beverage, while Daniele Quattromini has taken on the role of operations manager at The Northall, the hotel’s British restaurant, bar and private dining room.
Hofer’s background spans properties such as Simon Fera at Claridge’s, Viajante at Town Hall Hotel in Shoreditch and much recently he joins from his role as director of F&B at Hotel Café Royal London.
Quattromini was the winner of the Gold Service Scholarship award in 2015 while he was working as general manager at ClubLounge39 in Canarf Wharf for Lusso Catering. Soon after he was snapped up by Cliveden House and appointed F&B manager at the hotel’s André Garrett restaurant, The Astor Grill, and was also responsible for afternoon tea and events.
Corinthia London is home to 295 bedrooms, The Northall Restaurant headed up by Ewan Simpson, Massimo Restaurant & Bar and the Bassoon Bar.
Corinthia London is also home to the flagship ESPA Life at Corinthia, a spa housed across four floors, with a hair salon by Daniel Galvin.
Corinthia London is the ninth of Corinthia Hotels’ collection of five-star hotels founded by the Pisani family of Malta.
