Cork hotel eyes development opportunity with innovative mystery guest service


The Montenotte Hotel in Cork is the first Irish hotel to partner with The Know, an innovative mystery guest service for luxury and boutique hotels.

Bosses at the four-star hotel said the partnership will help the team to ‘continuously appraise our performance’ as the business works build on its reputation and maintain a solid consistency across the hotel.

Alongside The Montenotte’s 107 bedrooms and 19 apartments, the property is also home to the Panoramo Bistro & Terrace, plus the Bellevue Spa, Motion Healthy Club with gym, swimming pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room.

There is also a 50-seater private cinema which offers nightly movie viewings for guests.
