Feldon Valley, a golf and lodge resort in the Cotswolds, has introduced a new restaurant as part of its recent expansion project.
The destination in North Cotswolds unveiled 25 new woodland lodges across five buildings in May and has now opened The Kitchen at Feldon Valley with Darren Brown, former chef at the Kingham Plough, heading up the new venture.
Executive head chef Brown has devised new menus for the 43-cover restaurant and balcony across breakfast, evening and lunch service.
Olly Cooper, restaurant manager at The Kitchen, says: “Not only are we fortunate enough to have access to such an incredible local larder from our partner suppliers and our onsite garden; Darren’s passion reflects in every dish and further enhances the experience of being immersed in the Cotswolds countryside here at Feldon. For hotel guests and locals alike The Kitchen is a must-try foodie destination!”
