Culinary director at Mastcraft Hotels drives launch of new Indian-inspired eatery at Soho hotel

Luxury five star hotel, The Courthouse, is to launch a new Indian street food restaurant neighbouring its premises on Great Marlborough Street, Soho, this month.

This decision to open Soho Wala has been driven by the culinary development director of Mastcraft Hotels, Preet Tandi, who is aiming to create ‘multi-cuisine fine-dining and casual-dining concepts’ for the Mastcraft portfolio.

The 50-cover Soho Wala restaurant will offer small sharing plates and the menu will include dishes such as Kurkure bhaji, Mirchi Matchstick chicken and Assam tea brule.
