John has been at The Vineyard Hotel for just over five years and, as the Concierge, has earned deep respect for his professionalism and knowledge from colleagues and guests alike. He is a great ambassador for the hotel, a true role model.
John is a well-known and respected member of the team. He looks after guest, builds relationship with them and always makes sure that they make the most out of their time at The Vineyard.
