Ned has been instrumental in refining and launching a number of policies and procedures since joining the team at The Stafford in 2017. He has been described by guests as ‘charming’, and ‘always going the extra mile’, while his colleagues have described him as a ‘team hero’ and ‘the most amazing colleague ever!’
