Derbyshire inn reopens 15 boutique bedrooms with £245k investment


The Castle Inn in Derbyshire has now opened 15 new boutique bedrooms, following an investment of £245k.

Alongside the new bedrooms, the hotel has also given its public areas, restaurant and bar a revamp, with new furniture, log fires and lighting.

Cath Maskell, general manager at The Castle Inn said they were ‘delighted’ with the makeover and as a result of the business’s new look, the inn has been fully booked.

“The new-look Castle Inn is fantastic and we have received lots of positive feedback from guests,’ she said. ” For a long time, the pub has been at the heart of the local community and our newly-refurbished rustic hotel really means that we can welcome everyone from far and wide.

“Locals are pleased to see the level of investment being put into The Castle Inn and we’re looking forward to welcoming more customers from far and wide.”

The Castle Inn is operated by Vintage Inns.
