Diamond Resorts has appointed a catering company headed up by an award-winning chef to handle the F&B offering at its two hotels in the north.
The group, which operates 17 properties in the UK, has teamed up with Flourish Food Solutions, the food service provider from National Chef of the Year finalist Ian Boden to take over the dining at Wychnor Park and Thurnham Hall.
New head chefs have now been appointed at both hotels, while new menus in the restaurants and bars will also be introduced.
Flourish has been working with Wychnor Park since March and as a result the hotel has seen a 32% rise in F&B sales.
The new contract with Thurnham Hall began in April, to coincide with the 11th century country estate’s refurbishment.
Wychnor Park and Thurnham Hall are part of the Diamond Resorts hotel group, which owns 379 properties in 35 countries, 17 of which are in the UK.
