Elite Hotels’ Trainee Management Programme is now open for applications from those interested in working in hotel management.
The programme, in its eighth year, trains hotel management hopefuls over a 20-month period at several of Elite’s UK properties.
These include: Ashdown Park Hotel & Country Club, East Sussex; Luton Hoo Hotel, Golf & Spa, Bedfordshire; Tylney Hall Hotel & Gardens, Hampshire; and The Grand Hotel in Eastbourne.
Elite Hotels is an independent UK hotel group. Its Trainee Management Programme is accepting applications until February 28, 2020.
Successful applicants will then be invited to an assessment day in April, before beginning the programme in September.
Applicants to Elite Hotels’ Trainee Management Programme should be currently studying or working in the hospitality industry. At the end of the Trainee Management Programme they can expect the opportunity to interview for managerial positions in Elite Hotels properties.
Graeme Bateman, managing director of the Elite Hotel Group, said: “We are delighted to announce the eighth edition of our Trainee Management Programme, and look forward to meeting potential recruits in the coming months.
“One of our key values at Elite Hotels Group is nurturing up-and-coming hospitality talent, providing a welcoming and supportive environment for individuals to hone skills and grow in confidence, so it is a pleasure to train and work with the next generation of hospitality leaders.
“Previously we have been able to offer permanent job roles to all trainee managers that have completed the scheme, which is testament to the hard work and dedication the trainees and Elite team put in, to ensure the programme is a success.
“It is a great joy to watch our trainee managers’ continued growth as Elite employees and in the wider sector.”
