Bella Luce hotel in St Martins, Guernsey has gone up for sale with an asking price of £3.2m.
On the market with Savills, the four-star boutique hotel is owned by the Wheadon Family and is currently closed for the winter season, due to open again in the spring.
Bella Luce dates back to the 16th century and is housed in a historic Norman manor house, comprising 23 bedrooms, an outdoor pool and ESPA spa.
The hotel provides a popular setting for weddings and private events, being situated close to Guernsey’s coastline.
Bella Luce has won recent awards, including the Visit Guernsey Gold Restaurant award and a Quality Assured Gold award.
James Greenslade, associate director, Savills Hotels team, comments: “Guernsey is an increasingly popular destination, attracting 8% more visitors for the first six months of 2019 versus the same period in 2018. The sale of the Bella Luce offers a rare opportunity to own an extremely well established hotel in an unrivalled location.”
