The Felbridge Hotel at East Grinstead is currently undergoing a £3m refurbishment as it rebrands to become the Crowne Plaza Felbridge.

Scheduled for completion in early April, the refurbishment will see the hotel’s 116 bedrooms, restaurant, meeting rooms, and public areas transformed.

The Chakra Spa with its five treatment rooms, gym, indoor pool and steam room is also receiving a facelift.

The Bay Tree Restaurant has been redesigned to include a new private dining area surrounded by glass enabling guests to be part of the main restaurant but maintain privacy.

The hotel’s eight conference and meeting rooms can cater for parties with a size from two people to 500 for a theatre style or grand seminar or 300 for a seated dinner.

Relishing the opportunities presented by the rebranding, Karl Emerick, general manager at the Crowne Plaza Felbridge said: “I am very much looking forward to welcoming existing guests and introducing new people to the refurbished hotel, as it continues its journey to become one of the finest hotels in the south east.”
