A fire that broke out at a luxury five-star hotel in Surrey yesterday morning has destroyed 90% of the building, according to reports.
Firefighters battled a blaze at Hambledon house Hotel in Chiddingfold which started at around 9.30am on Wednesday morning.
The fire quickly spread through the 16th century bed and breakfast, with more than 30 firefighters called out to tackle the fire.
Two people were taken to hospital in London with potential serious injuries, while others were treated for smoke inhalation.

Hambledon House sits in 200 acres of land, with ornamental gardens, a large terrace and is a popular wedding and events venue.
A spokesman said: “We were called at around 9.45am this morning to a fire at a property in Vann Lane, Hambledon.
“Eight fire engines were sent and we are currently on site dealing with a fire on the third floor and roof, and one person has been rescued.”
