The Devlin has now opened its doors, bringing a new boutique hotel to Dublin.

The new 40-bedroom hotel is the sister property to The Dean in Dublin, with both hotels owned by the Press Up Entertainment Group, Ireland’s leading leisure and hospitality company.

The Devlin in Ranelagh comprises 40 bedrooms, a rooftop restaurant and terrace, boutique cinema, cocktail bar and interiors popping with local art.

The bedrooms are home to Dyson hairdryers, Nespresso machines, Devlin munchie boxes, Smeg fridges, Netflix and Marshall amps.

The hotel’s Layla’s rooftop restaurant, bar and terrace is designed with exposed timber joisted ceilings, oak floorboards and 1950’s inspired tan leather booths along one window wall.

The new eatery space boasts an open kitchen and pizza oven with a menu created by head chef Paul Devoy.

On the ground floor there are a selection of gifts from Industry & Co, as well as the Americana Bar, with a cocktail menu conjured up by The Devlin’s beverage manager Paddy Noir and general manager Kevin Hurley.

A 42-seater cinema The Stella Theatre Ranelagh is situated on the lower ground floor.

The Press Up Entertainment Group has interests in a variety of sectors, most notably hotels, bars, restaurants, venues and nightclubs and owns and operates 28 businesses in Ireland, providing employment for over 1,000 people.
