First Wales hotel acquisition for A2P Hospitality Limited

The Manor Hotel, situated in Llandudno, has been sold to A2P Hospitality Limited marking the group’s debut acquisition in Wales.

The 18-bedroom hotel has been owned by Mark Richards for the last ten years, who has refurbished and developed the property into a busy hotel, welcoming locals and tourists regularly.

He has sold the hotel to concentrate on his newest venture, the Time Café Bar restaurant in Conwy, which he opened two years ago and now has plans to develop further over the coming years.

The Manor Hotel, home to a bar, dining room, as well as private gardens, was purchased by A2P Hospitality Limited, led by Pradeep Sobti, Adhishek Gupta and Akshay Sobti, off the asking price of £595k.

The acquisitions marks their sixth hotel purchase but first in Wales.

A spokesperson for the company commented: “We are really excited to be a part of Wales and the beautiful town of Llandudno. We aim to be a part of the strong local community and will endeavour to take the Manor to higher levels of service and hospitality.”

Lesley Watmough from Fleurets handled the sale and added: “Most would class this as a boutique hotel, due to the quality of the fit-out and environment; and subsequently the property has received high levels of interest throughout the marketing period.”
