The building has undergone significant refurbishment over the past 22 years of ownership and has been awarded a 5 Star Gold AA Award.
The property also features considerable outside space with a large garden to the rear with a terrace for al fresco dining.
A one bedroom annex with a lounge and kitchen, currently utilised as owner’s accommodation, is accessible through the garden.
The business has built up a strong reputation over the past two decades, and is popular with corporate guests, national and international leisure guests visiting the city, as well as Winchester College and Winchester University parents during school term times.
