Forestdale Hotels bought by St. James Hotel Group, London


Forestdale Hotels, part of Surrey’s Akkeron Hotels Group has been bought out of administration by St. James’s Hotel Group, London.

The buyer did not disclose the value of the acquisition or its plans for the 14-strong portfolio of properties located throughout England.

The 46-room Pratts Hotel, located in Bath
The 72-room Southampton Park Hotel, located in Southampton
The 109-room Wessex Hotel, located in Bournemouth
The 39-room Stratton House Hotel, located in Cirencester
The 49-room The Roebuck Hotel, located in Ware
The 30-room The Royal Cambridge Hotel, located in Cambridge
The 40-room Shillingford Bridge Hotel, located in Wallingford
