Four-month wedding campaign at Hintlesham Hall brings in £32k revenue boost

Four-star hotel, Hintlesham Hall in Suffolk has seen a huge boost to its weddings revenue after creating a multi-channel campaign through marketing agency DHM.

The 16th century, Grade-I listed manor house invested a little over £322 in a four-month advertising campaign through The Wedding Method, run by DHM, which saw four weddings booked at the hotel as a result.

This totalled over £32,000 revenue and a return on investment of 729%.

The multi-channel campaign at the 32-bedroom hotel from September to December 2018 , utilised a combination of Google pay-per-click ads, a two-step data-capture form and a personalised webpage containing the wedding enquirer’s name was created for enquiry that request a postal brochure.

This individual URL featured a video from the wedding coordinator and invited the enquirer to book their viewing appointment direct on the page. 

Across the four-month period the website gathered 991 page impressions and 274 digital brochure requests, resulting in 25 viewing appointments and four weddings booked.

In March, DHM scooped the Best Wedding Marketing Award for implementing The Wedding Method at Hintlesham Hall at the HMA Hotels
