Keith Stringer, director at Christie & Co who is handling the sale, comments, “Hoole is a popular location for hotels and B&Bs. The charm of the surrounding village with its myriad bars and restaurants, as well as the easy access to Chester city centre, generates high demand from both guests and operators.

“Lavender Lodge has done an excellent job in differentiating itself through both a comfortable, welcoming environment and excellent hospitality, as evidenced by the consistently strong online reviews. This provides potential purchasers with a fantastic platform from which to further develop the business, and we expect Lavender Lodge to generate significant interest as a result.”

Lavender Lodge is offered for sale on a freehold basis at an asking price of £750,000.
