Hospitality tech firm Criton is offering its guest engagement platform free for hoteliers until 2021, enabling hotels to reduce touchpoints and ensure guest safety is paramount during Covid-19.
The complimentary product offered by Criton includes a white-labelled app suitable for independent hotels and groups of hotels or serviced apartments.
The app contains information about the property, rooms and on-site facilities as well as links for direct bookings, contact and WiFi information, social media links, offers, menus, local recommendations and more – all of which can be easily updated as and when the situation changes.

Criton’s premium integrations are not included in the offer, but they can be added at any time. Advanced analytics on guests’ preferences and behaviour can also be added to the base product.
