Dunston Hall

David Graham has rejoined Dunston Hall to drive the hotel’s multi-million refurbishment due to start later this year.

Graham comes back to the helm of the hotel, which is managed by Almarose Hotels & Resorts, after three years working as group general manager at Old Thorns Hotel.

He also boasts experience working with brands such as De Vere and Radisson Group.

Ahead of Dunston Hall’s refurbishment, Graham will now work to implement a new strategy to put the hotel back on the map, improving standards and service from F&B to meetings and events.

In a competitive wedding market, he has also set his targets high to grow pipeline, focus on quality bookings and maximise on outdoor space that is currently under-utilised.

Dunston Hall was owned by De Vere until 2014 when it was sold to QHotels.

Graham says: “I am so happy to be back in a place I call home. We will be putting Dunston Hall back on the map, we’re making it the premier hotel in Norfolk and we’ll make local people love it again. Norfolk is a very close community, so it’s so important we open up a conversation with these people in order to please the wider market.”

Dunston Hall is under ownership of Almarose Hotels & Resorts, responsible for managing 20 hotels across the UK operating under the QHotels, Doubletree by Hilton and Delta by Marriott brands.
