Gerwyn Jones, junior sous chef at Grove of Narberth, has been promoted.
Jones will now take up the position of head chef at the five-star luxury Pemborkeshire hotel, working alongside executive head chef Douglas Balish.
Jones first joined the Grove of Narberth in August 2019 and become a ‘key member’ of the hotel’s kitchen brigade.
Prior to this, he gained experience at the likes of Ynyshir, under chef Gareth Ward.
