Christie & Co has brought to the market the Grade-II Listed Bella Vista Hotel in the popular North Wales coastal resort of Llandudno.

The 11-bedroom hotel, which is one hour’s drive to Snowdonia National Park, also comprises a 36-cover restaurant, La Taverna, and has recently been offered as a complete holiday let to cater for the increasing demand for larger scale letting accommodation within the area.

The eatery is leased out to an external operator, providing potential purchasers with an additional income stream.

The business has been owned by hotelier, Neale Climpson for the past three years, and he is now seeking a sale in order to pursue other business interests.

Tom O’Malley, senior business agent at Christie & Co is handling the sale and comments: “Neale has been proactive in catering to the demand of visitors to the local area. As such, the Bella Vista Hotel is offered for sale in a strong trading position that would still offer an incoming operator the opportunity to further develop revenue and profitability. In addition, the two bedroom owner’s accommodation that is included makes this opportunity ideal for an owner-operator wishing to benefit from the fantastic quality of life that Llandudno offers.”

Bella Vista Hotel is offered for sale on a virtual freehold basis, with an asking price of £575,000.
