Graham Copeman to join Pennyhill Park as new general manager in June


Graham Copeman has been appointed as general manager at Pennyhill Park, part of Exclusive Hotels and Venues.

From June 3, Copeman will oversee the 124-bedroom hotel in Surrey, its 4 AA Rosette and Michelin Star restaurant, Matt Worswick at The Latymer, 20 meeting and event spaces, and luxury spa. 

He replaces Julian Tomlin who left earlier this year to join Macdonald Hotels and Resorts after 18 years with Exclusive Hotels.

A Master Innholder and Fellow of the Institute of Hospitality, Copeman boasts more than 25 years’ experience in the industry having previously held positions such as managing director of London’s St. James’s Hotel & Club and general manager at The Goring.

His most recent role was group hotel director with The Zetter Group, where he looked after three properties in London for three and a half years.
