Grantley Hall launches new private dining room with Shaun Rankin to mark reopening

As Grantley Hall reopens, the luxury hotel has launched The Dales Suite, a new private dining room from chef Shaun Rankin.

The new addition is able to host up to 20 guests, although currently a maximum of 10 with distancing rules in place, and will offer a three-course menu featuring homegrown, foraged ingredients from the hotel’s kitchen garden.

Décor at The Dales Suite boasts a ‘cocooning colour scheme’, rich woods and classic art with views across the Yorkshire countryside.
