Hoar Cross Hall has concluded a £3m renovation project across its 98 bedrooms.
The hotel has rounded off the investment by reconfiguring and redesigning its bedrooms to add a ‘contemporary’ twist to the former privately owned country estate.
The bedroom design has been overseen by Jamie Strachan of Hip Creative, and is part of a wider £10m capital investment in to the hotel and spa.
A colour palette of dark hues combined with blues, greys and pops of rose gold has been used, while the bathrooms have also been reconfigured.
The investment means that all bedrooms have now been clearly categorised; Snug, Country and Heritage.
Jamie Strachan of Hip Creative says: “It’s been fantastic being involved in this project. Hoar Cross Hall has an enormous family and local heritage and it was key to capitalise on these in the design process while also making sure the hotel is fit for today’s travel savvy guest. The designs bring a sense of contemporary to a classic Jacobean Mansion and we’ve worked hard with the hotel operations team to make sure all of the goodies that guests expect in their rooms are included in the rooms or are readily available.”
Originally built as a family home in 1871, Hoar Cross Hall has been restored and configured into an award-winning spa destination.
