Now as part of her new position Dadulak plans to build on the hotel’s existing reputation and refurbishment of the dining room, while expanding the food and drink provision.

Weddings will also be introduced as part of the hotel’s exclusive-use offering.

Dadulak says: “I was instantly attracted to The Leathes Head Hotel because of its stunning location and straight away I felt like it would be the most perfect place to work and live. I think 2018 is going to be a very exciting time for the hotel and I look forward to developing new menus with our Head Chef Noel Breaks, as well as refurbishing the restaurant and introducing weddings to this very special part of the Borrowdale Valley.”
