Snowie Solutions, a company currently in administration, has put three of its properties up for sale including a boutique hotel in Stirling.

The company, which called in joint administrators James Stephen and Sarah Rayment earlier this year, is selling two hospitality businesses, one in Sirling and one in Falkirk, plus a licensed development site also in Stirling.

Cooks of Stirling is a hotel and restaurant in Stirling’s city centre, and boasts an open plan over the ground- and first-floor levels with a separate private dining area.

The hotel is home to seven boutique bedrooms and is on the market for £550k.

Johnston’s Bar & Bistro in Falkirk is a three-storey sandstone building consisting of 45 covers on the ground floor and 40 covers on the mezzanine level, being sold for £325k.

A development site on King Street in Stirling is the third opportunity. Comprising of a mid-terraced three-storey building including a basement, the site was initially acquired with development plans for a licensed lounge and restaurant with a dance floor and bedrooms on the second floor.

Planning permission and the building warrant were obtained for the construction of a licensed venue.

The site is on the market with a guide price of £495k.

Brian Sheldon, regional director at Christie & Co who is handling the sale comments: “We expect to see strong demand for the three properties and have already received ‘notes of interest’ on behalf of regional operators and investors whom are keen on the properties. Offers will be considered on an individual basis or as a package, and we expect a closing date for offers to be set after an initial marketing period.”
