Hotel Football hosts on-the-roof yoga in January

The first hotel from former Manchester United teammates Gary Neville and Ryan Giggs is encouraging guests to embrace the ‘new year, new you’ mantra, by hosting special on-the-roof yoga sessions.

Hotel Football, which also became the first football-themed property when it opened last year, has scheduled a number of fitness classes on its roof overlooking Old Trafford in January.

A selection of early morning barreASANA yoga and HIITBOXX boxing sessions will take place on the hotel’s rooftop pitch, ‘Heaven’.

In addition, football skills sessions will also run in the evening.

The new classes will be available to guests and conferences and events delegates and will complement a new range of healthy food options from Cafe Football and the meetings and events menu.

Stewart Davies, hotel football general manager, said: “Our latest health and wellbeing offering will enable our guests to feel revitalised and kick start 2016 in the best possible way.

“Hosting classes in ‘Heaven’ not only helps our guests to maintain their fitness while staying at the hotel but offers visitors, guests and delegates, a truly unique experience; a workout against a backdrop of the best views in Manchester.”
