Hotel Perfect acquired by fast-growing PMS platform 


Independent hotel PMS system Hotel Perfect has been acquired by Mews, a cloud-based property management system.

The acquisition is the third in 18 months, following the successful takeover of Planet Winner and Base7Booking.

Founded in Cornwall in 1992, Hotel Perfect’s platform comprises a suite of software products including a booking engine, channel management, guest communications and dynamic pricing.

Its UK-wide customer base includes hotels, resorts and spas, golf clubs, conference centres and self-catering businesses around the country. 

The acquisition will include the Hotel Perfect product line, customers and team.
