Although businesses in Wales may be coming out of the squalls, there are still choppy waters that lie ahead for the Welsh hospitality sector.

With some hotels reopening outdoor spaces and room-service only on Monday, others are waiting until the official relaunch date of August 3 to start trading again.

Here in our latest Hotelier Hot Seat, we speak to two boutique hotel owners in Wales who have mixed emotions for the year ahead, warning that without a profitable summer and the end of the furlough scheme, many businesses won’t survive.
