The Five Star Values: Sustainability in Hotel Dining event event, jointly hosted by Considerate Hoteliers and the Sustainable Restaurant Association, take place on 17 July at the Park Plaza, Westminster Bridge in London.
The organisers says the event presents a great opportunity to learn how putting sustainability at the heart of the menu is a recipe for success for hotel restaurants.
Delegates will hear first hand from chefs and managers about the unique opportunities and challenges faced by restaurants in hotels.
Speakers will reveal how the drive for sustainability in wider hotel operations presents huge potential gains for the F&B side of the business.
