Hotel Perfect is an established hotel software provider whose clients are independent hotels and accommodation businesses, such as Olga Polizzi’s Hotel Tresanton and The Nare Hotel, both in the South West. The software suite is wide-ranging and covers many areas of hotel operations including front of house, events, revenue management, restaurant, spa and marketing.
Hotel Perfect has been a supporter of Hotelympia for many years and is exhibiting on stand 3024 in the Hospitality Tech show and launching the company’s latest software invention, the Housekeeping Module. This new module responds to the difficulty many hotels face in keeping front of house up-to-date with the status of each bedroom and any maintenance faults that may need to be actioned. Housekeepers often find themselves needing to report room statuses back to Reception and much of their day is taken up either walking to or radioing the front desk; Hotel Perfect wants to save this time and streamline communication.
The new module is mobile-ready so Housekeeping teams will be able to use it on their mobile phones or tablet devices without needing to know anything about or even have access to the PMS, as the Housekeeping module is a standalone interface.
The ethos at Hotel Perfect is all about understanding hoteliers and giving them software that is highly flexible and feature-rich, but most importantly that it works for them and how they run their business.
