A new hotel is to pop up in Liverpool after the transformation of a former eatery on Bold Street in the city.
Urbanista Hotel occupies the floors above the former Love Thy Neighbour site that has recently been acquired by Graffiti Spirits and will have a phased opening from the end of the summer.
The hotel will comprise 20 suites and double rooms, with the ground floor set to introduce a new concept as part of the launch.
Alex Carney, Urbanista’s Marketing Manager, said: “We’re really excited for the opening of Urbanista. It’s right in the heart of the Ropewalks area, a place renowned with locals and tourists. The hotel will be overlooking Bold Street, and is a much-needed addition to the area – we can’t wait to welcome our guests to stay with us.
“The interior of Urbanista is going to really contemporary and classy. We’re aiming to keep it sleek and want our guests to feel comfortable in luxurious surroundings.”
Love Thy Neighbour closed suddenly in January this year after two years but still operates a branch in London’s Covent Garden.
