Independent hotel Vintry & Mercer, located in the historic Vintry Ward, will open its doors in London next year.
Two of the City’s historic guilds and namesake for the boutique, Vintry and Mercer, can be seen throughout the hotel’s design and décor.
The boutique, which sits between Sir Christopher Wren’s St. Paul’s and the Shard, boasts 92 bedrooms, ranging from doubles to suites with glass-panelled balconies that look over London’s Southbank skyline.
Standard double rooms will start from £192 including VAT per room per night.
The site offers three dining and drinking experiences, including a Mediterranean themed eatery on the the ground floor Vintry Kitchen, Mercer Roof Terrace, and underground bar, DND (Do Not Disturb).
As well as dining prospects the property boasts a gym, a breakout area with computers and three private event rooms.
