The fifth Dakota hotel is to open in Manchester in May next year.
The hotel, home to 137 bedrooms including 27 suites, is a new partnership between hotelier Ken McCulloch and Evans Property Group and will join properties in Glasgow and Leeds.
The property is situated on Ducie Street, close to Piccadilly Station and will also comprises a Grill restaurant, chic cocktail lounge and Champagne room.
There will also be a custom-designed cigar garden.
Dakota Manchester has been designed by a creative team headed up by acclaimed designer Amanda Rose.
Manchester will be the fifth hotel in the group.
The ‘original’ hotels are located at Forth Bridge, Edinburgh and Eurocentral – a modern business estate equidistant between Glasgow and Edinburgh.
Dakota Glasgow opened in 2016 with Leeds following one year later.
Future sites are in the pipeline as the group continue to target key cities in the UK.
