Key Inns reveals big makeover plans for new Durham property


The Three Horse Shoes in County Durham has been sold to Key Inns Ltd, who has now announced plans for a major refurbishment at the property.

Colliers International has sold the seven-bedroom property in Running Waters four miles from Durham City to Key Inns for an undisclosed sum off the asking price of £400,000.

Now the new owners plan to give the property an extensive transformation, which will see the bar, restaurant and bedrooms renovation.

The Three Horse Shoes will be the second property owned by Key Inns, joining The Old Mill at Metal Bridge, Coxhoe.
