London boutique hotel, La Suite West, is gearing up to launch its new-look restaurant after a transformative redesign, which will specialise in raw, vegan and vegetarian dishes.
Teaming up with Nosh Detox, the new Nosh Garden Kitchen will open this month and will introduce a new menu using superfoods and products which are additive, egg and preservative free, high in vitamin content, naturally flavoured, dairy and gluten free and not heat treated.
General manager James Jude commented on the new collaboration: “The refurbishment of the restaurant at La Suite West along with the launch of this unique partnership with Nosh Detox to create the Nosh Garden Kitchen at La Suite West is very exciting. La Suite West is already known by many for its focus on healthy and nutritious food and we look forward to expanding on this through our new initiative.”
The new menu features dishes such as microbiotic umeboshi broth with black soba noodles and vegetables to boost gut health and black bean and mushroom burgers with fries.
La Suite West is the creation of British designer Anouska Hempel, and is home to 79 bedrooms. The new Nosh Garden Kitchen will replace the hotel’s RAW restaurant.
