Martin Davis at GVA, responsible for the sale, said: “The Fisherbeck offers a rare opportunity for an investor or lifestyle operator to acquire a high-quality business with an existing strong trade.

“Located in a sought-after part of the Lake District, the business also offers significant potential for further upside through the potential to convert the business back to use as a hotel.”

The Fisherbeck will continue to trade and take bookings with a full complement of staff while a purchaser is sought.
