Hotel group, Living Rooms, has celebrated 20 years in business with the refurbishment of its 12 bedrooms at No.5 Maddox Street in Mayfair.
The collection of five properties in London was founded in 1999 by Tracy Lowy when she launched No.5 Maddox Street in the capital as a ‘luxury hotel alternative’.
Now to commemorate its 20th anniversary, a new look has been unveiled at the hotel’s 12 suites, which have undergone a full refurbishment this month spearheaded by Lowy.
Features include vintage rugs by Larusi, furnishings from Les Couilles Du Chien and a curated selection of photography and artworks that reflect the history of the local area.
The 12 suites range in size from one to three bedrooms, the smallest of which at 27sqm. Many of the suites feature decked terraces, balconies and open fireplaces.
Alongside No.5 Maddox Street, the Living Rooms collection now comprises of Europa House in Little Venice, 56 Welbeck Street in Marylebone, The Laslett in Notting Hill and the latest addition, Weymouth Mews, in Marylebone, launching June 2019.
