London-based Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park has announced it is introducing a contemporary spa, wellness and beauty facility, which will mark the next stage in the hotel’s extensive refurbishment.
The new facility is set to open towards the end of May this year.
Guests will benefit from several new and exclusive partnerships with some sought-after health and wellness experts.
The next-generation Spa at Mandarin Oriental, London, redesigned by Adam D. Tihany, will introduce new features and fresh interiors. The design is inspired by traditional Chinese fashion and symbolism, in a contemporary environment that reflects the harmony of elements found in Chinese philosophy.
New features will include a Oriental Suite with two massage beds and a Rasul water temple for a skin conditioning treatment, adding to the inventory of 14 spa treatment rooms, as well as a room for traditional Asante Chinese Medicine consultations and treatments; a variety of studios and two additional beauty rooms.
The extensive spa menu will represent a tailor-made combination of Mandarin Oriental’s own signature therapies, together with treatments and journeys for the face and body using Mandarin Oriental’s bespoke signature oils, Aromatherapy Associates, Sodashi and Linda Meredith products. Guests will also be able to discover the Nescens cosmeceutical and anti-ageing face and body treatments for both men and women.
Additionally, award-winning trainer and founder of London’s successful PilatesPT studio, Hollie Grant, has set up residence at the hotel.
