Lucknam Park to extend its cottage offering with new launch in summer 2019

Following the success of Lucknam Park’s first self-catering cottage in 2017, the luxury five-star hotel near Bath is to open its second in summer 2019.

The hotel, headed up by chairman Harry Murray and managing director Claire Randall, is to launch a new four-bedroom cottage situated within the hotel’s 500-acre estate, to operate alongside Keeper’s Cottage which opened last year.

Guests to the cottage will have full access to Lucknam Park’s facilities, including the spa, equestrian centre, cookery school and Michelin-star restaurant headed up by Hywel Jones.

Alongside the new cottage, the hotel will be hosting a series of new events for 2019, including ‘Make the Perfect Burger’ hosted in partnership with London restaurant Bar Boulud at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, and ‘Trencherman’s Guide Chefs’ dinner, hosted by Hywel Jones and guest chefs Michael Caines and Guy Owen.

Lucknam Park’s very own Harry Murray will also share his insight in a talk entitled, ‘Hidden Secrets of a Hotelier’, hosted in February at the hotel.
