Luxury London residences calls in design specialists for launch of new long-stay apartments


Luxury serviced apartment specialist Cheval Residences has unveiled three newly-refurbished, long-stay one-bedroom apartments, all featuring top appliances, artwork and handcrafted furniture.

The apartments, targeted towards consumers looking to stay for three months or more, will be part of Cheval Knightsbridge, as an independent block that can be sold as a self-contained unit.

Designed by Cheval Property Management Limited’s design team, the refurbishment includes new porcelain tiled marble in the bathrooms with Hansgrohe amenities and under floor heating.

The bedrooms have Velfac windows and bespoke joinery for bedroom wardrobes and TV units, providing more space.

The kitchens all have wifi enabled ovens, as well as German Hacker kitchens with Siemens appliances. All areas are finished with UK-based artist Lucie Sheridan’s colourful and contemporary illustrative prints.

Tom Dixon amenities, hand-crafted Jim Lawrence bedside lamps and twentytwentyone desk chairs and Nespresso machines all feature in each apartment also.
