Management team behind Andy Murray’s hotel goes for expansion overseas

The management team behind tennis star Andy Murray’s Cromlix House Hotel has launched a new hotel management company in the Caribbean, as the group looks to expand outside of Scotland.

Iverlochy Castle Management International (ICMI) currently manages 14 hotels across the region, including Inverlochy Castle, Greywalls Hotel and Fasque Castle, alongside Cromlix House, and has now teamed up with landowner and developer Jonathon Milne of FM Group and New Zealand real estate investor Kelly Glass of K-Group, to launch The Liming.

Hotel manager for ICMI Norbert Lieder said that the ‘intention is to replicate our success in Scotland across the Caribbean Islands’, and the new company has identified a gap in the market for a new concept of ‘relaxation with no gimmicks or distractions’.

ICMI said The Liming will announce “exciting plans across the Caribbean in the coming weeks and months”.
