Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park cashes in on musical’s landmark with special F&B offer

Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London has announced an exclusive afternoon tea in celebration of musical Wicked’s landmark achievement.

Wicked afternoon tea will be available in The Rosebery Lounge at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London from 5 September 2017. Afternoon tea is priced at £28 for children and £53 for adults.

The tea includes selection of sandwiches, pastries, scones served with clotted cream, rose petal jam and lemon curd accompanied by a selection of over 40 rare teas

The imaginative tea by executive pastry chef Paul Thielblemont marks the recent promotion of the musical to London’s 16th longest running show in theatre history.

The musical tells the incredible story of an unlikely but profound friendship between Glinda and Elphaba. Their extraordinary adventures in Oz will ultimately see them fulfil their destinies as Glinda The Good and the Wicked Witch of the West.
