The hospitality operator comprises eight hotels, two pubs, two nightclubs, a fitness and leisure centre and luxury spa, and has ow promoted a handful of staff members in a bid to focus on the strategic direction of the company.
Steve Graham, who first established Manorview with the acquisition of The Commercial Hotel in Wishaw in 2007, has stepped into a more strategic role, while David Tracey, Manorview’s operations director moves up to the position of managing director in his place.
Tracey has previously been director of brands at G1 and also head of retail development at BrewDog.
Carlton Graham, son of Steve, has been promoted to operation director.
Now employing 500 staff, Manorview has specialised in transforming the fortunes of previously distressed properties, with its most recent openings including Boclair House Hotel in Bearsden.
Tracey said: “I’ve already seen a lot of change in the three years I have been at Manorview, and it’s been exciting to be part of a company which places its people and culture at the heart of their operation.”
Steve Graham said: “To sustain and grow our business, we have to adapt and make any necessary changes. This can mean identifying the right people for the right roles. David has been with Manorview for over three years, he knows the organisation, people, culture and our aspirations. As MD, he’ll move the business forward.”
