Master Innholders to explore chances for economic recovery


The Master Innholders’ 22nd Annual Hotel General Managers’ Conference is expected to be another sell-out success as details of this year’s theme are announced. Taking place at the London Hilton on Park Lane,19-20 January 2015, a theme of ‘People & Places’ underpins a programme designed to provide hotel general managers with insight into what motivates customers in a globalised marketplace where increasing numbers of people are choosing to travel.

The conference will explore the impact of technology on every aspect of our lives and to discuss the opportunities and methods for motivating hotel teams to excel.

Amongst the line-up of speakers at this year’s conference is Arthur de Haast, chairman, Hotels & Hospitality Group at Jones Lang LaSalle; Mario Jobbe, chief operating officer, Circos Brand Karma; Rebecca Stephens, founder, Seven Summits Performance; and Gavin Esler, Chancellor of the University of Kent.

Other familiar hospitality industry stalwarts sharing their expertise include Sir David Michels, Ian Millar of Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne, Julia Sibley MBE, chief executive of the Savoy Education Trust and Ufi Ibrahim, chief exective officer of the British Hospitality Association.

The full delegate conference package is offered at the attractive rate of £420 per person including VAT. For this, delegates can enjoy the conference, lunch on both days and a champagne reception and black tie dinner.
