Michel Roux Jr’s revamped restaurant poised to reopen

London-based The Langham’s premium restaurant is set to open its doors for service this month after a transformation.

The Langham Hotel Restaurant, Roux at The Landau, which is overseen Michel Roux Jr, closed last month to accommodate the renovation plans. It is the second of Roux’s restaurants to undergo a transformation in the last six months.

The menu will still be overseen by Michel Roux Jr and executed by head chef Nicolas Pasquier.

A spokesperson for the company stated: “The ingredients used will naturally be of the highest quality and the new format will put them centre-stage, highlighting provenance and preparation techniques. There will be a stunning range of wines by the glass and bottle.”

While the exact date has not been announced, the restaurant is inviting diners to get in touch about bookings.

The Regent’s Street property is also home and the The Wigmore gastropub, which opened last year, as well as an artisan bar, a supper club, an afternoon tea hall and a private dining hall.
